You are a strong man, Bill. You need to practice telling yourself that....you are well liked, respected and have so many marketable skills. Please please, do not get too wound up about finding work...by the sounds of it, you are doing more than most....so find a quiet soothing spot and breathe in...count to 10....release slowly...counting to 10...work your way down to 3....and with every breath, relax a part of your body that you know is tense....

You are a good person Bill...one that is screaming to survive.
