I don't know if this will help....but my friend's....father..is taking radiation for prostate cancer......and its......taken a long, long time.....to see results........and..........it is working....but slowly. Another....friend..........(boss at work)--has cancer, plus kidney problems........and........and lost.....one kidney to boot. He plans to return to work, despite it all. I know....it sucks....but I thought it might make you feel better......to know.....your not alone....best, wishes, Gem
