Hello Bill,
I feel the same way that you do. My uncle actually got disability because he keeps drinking himself into having seizures. He goes to the hospital without insurance. Since he doesn't have any insurance, the freakin' state gave him disability. For being an alcoholic. I'm trying my very best to just get some sort of government help. All I hear is "no". What do I have to do, open a vein?!
