Subject: Question about Skeleton Crew

I have a question about the first season episode, Skeleton Crew. I read a summary for the episode which included the following paragraph:

Midnight, Cmdr krennick is heading to her car to return to washington when
she senses someone following her. She whirls with her pistol ready to find
Harm close behind her. With a smile she puts three slugs into his chest.

What happened with this? Why did Krennick shoot Harm and what followed? How bad was he injured? The summary just skips over that part. The URL for the summary, by the way, is: http://www.fortunecity.com/lavendar/pulpfiction/99/skeleton.txt
