If we really want to become an elite guild like UO (which I don't believe is possible, because this game requires far from the same skill), we should try to seriously work towards it. We shouldn't go for numbers, but instead focus on the guys we have and build the team. In some way it is a good thing, that we aren't more at the moment, since it is easier to affect these smaller numbers. Once we have a good foundation of a team, the lower levels, that will trickle in over time, will more easily be assimilated into the set structure.
However, if we just recruit massively (like joining up with Prima Noctis), we might get a much harder time building the team.
And what happens if we don't like some of them? We would probably have to kick them all. Our hands will be tied big time if we do this.
