Well its hard to really compare WoW with UO. Since its 2 different games. In UO we allmost had the same characters with slight differences (Not counting warriors).

But here its all about classes. Do we want to be an Elite in PvP? Yes I am sure we all do, however as I see it it will be very hard to be an elite guild if we dont stand a chance against other guilds that may not be elite but got the über items. "Items do make a difference".

That meens more instance runs. I am also worried that we dont have enough high levels in the guild. I meen we can do small instances, and we can get pickups for larger instances but in the end PvP we need more lvl 60 to do some difference.
We are not allways able to play same hours/days at the same time. Some got work, school and some just want to play moderately. Thats to say I dont think we can get 10 lvl 60 to play at the same time as the guild is now.

Dont get me wrong I feel we have a strong core/gathering of 60s now, and we are friends.
Getting many new in will be hard, but its a risk we might need to take.
I am just a bit unsure what is the best course to take atm.

Just one more thing.
I am very tired of my Paladin, in the large battles Iam toast before I even reach the battle, and that is so damn borring. He seems made for PvE more than anything else, and he does not have any range attacks. In small PvP fights when the enemy dont have the chance of running he is very good, and he can heal.

Thats why I have played my little mage, so i can get a break from him and do something new. But that does not meen I wont play Atlanticus, becourse he still is my main lvl60. :-D
