I am all for the pvp.

sure, items do make a difference, but - as some of us already mentioned - a good blue gear set should be enough. and the blue gear we can get together as being the team we are at the moment - 5 to 10 lvl 60ies can manage DM, Scholo, Strat, LBRS and UBRS.
and those are enough to get decent blue items for every one of us. we just have to forget about purple stuff - and those who play 24/7 and would do anything to get their purple set like i.e. naltoc just have to take the chance of pickup groups. I for myself for example will have lots of time for WoW from now on - last friday was my last exam - so 1 healer will be there often now ;-) one of the mages is always on too, we just need kötta often or we could try to recruit 1 - 2 lvl 60 warriors if that is possible at all. if we got these we could get together a team for a highlvl instance every evening I am sure.

still an alliance with another guild like PM for a MC run every week or something could be a nice thing - but getting together a team for MC shouldnt be our primary aim.

so lets set up some pvp practise sessions. try to get this up, there is lots to learn for all of us. me for example knows how to play the druid in a team as healer, but I am sure I can learn looots more about my char in pvp ;-) and most of us can I bet.

I want to see people in the BGs chat saying "cool MRC the behind-enemy-lines-team is here so now we can fight the hordes back and win!!". instead of "maybe I can pick up on the MRC molten core run today"...

we are pvp, and we should go for it. we havent done very much for it so far, so now is the time ! :-)
