Since Onnes got us seats in a tent, maybe it is about time to make more solid plans.

Like when? Would be obvious to put it when we got seats...
How long?
Is 10 seats enough?
Who wants to come?

Maybe we can have you guys in München make more detailed plans? How many can you have sleep over? Anything we should be aware of?
