Subject: Prima Noctis going to MC alone? (and stealing members)

I talked to AwaC today. He told me after some conversation, that PN is going to MC alone.

Is that true? What is this alliance for then?

After Sørentverøv left yesterday, 3 more members left today (Brde, Smusbabz and one more) for - guess who - Prima Noctis!

What is this? An alliance? Or an attempt to steal our members?


I know for a fact, that 85-90% of the guild will stay, and can never be converted to a PvE guild. We have shown people that we own, and I believe they want to participate in what we have.
The last 10-15%, however, we can't be sure what really wants yet. If they want PvE, then fine, they should do that. No big loss to us really.
But I *don't* want our so-called alliance partner to steal them! Like we have turned down PN'ers wanting to join us, just because we are an alliance, they should have the dignity to do the same.

We need a serious talk to Zorah about this matter. And then I believe we need to have this alliance re-evaluated.
If it turns out that PN has been playing us, then they will be my personal mortal enemy, and I will personally never again team with a PN'er under any circumstances.

Furthermore, we should be stricter to our members. AwaC had been talking about joining an MC guild with his alt, or join us with an alt to join an MC guild. Personally I would have kicked him on the spot, if it hadn't been on the same day that I went on my break (yaya, I know I said I wanted to quit :)). If people show PvE mentality, then we *will* lose them sooner or later. If we wait till later, they may take people with them, that they bonded with, so it is imperative, that we find them early and get rid of them.

Another thing: I also think that a guy who has left our guild, should never be able to come back. If we booted him, it is another case, but if he left on his own free will, there should be no coming back.

And then we need to strictly enforce our 20+ age rule. The guys who left (both AwaC and the new bunch) were all 15-19 of age. It is kids with an attention span of 2 minutes. If they see anything sparkly, they get all itchy. We seriously don't need them.

I wrote a recruitment post on the Ravencrest board. I hope it will give some feedback, and maybe some serious players.
