Yay - I finally can access this god damn board =)

And for the title of my reply, I agree with Kylara a 100%. This is the way we need to handle this.

We've grown to be a real core over time and I think that the core more or less fulfills the duties of the GM as a group is a good thing, especially as we're all busy with r/l stuff and noone of us can dedicate as much time to the guild as we used to back in UO/Europa.

Additionally I feel like adding something... I've seen a few of our members addapt to the guild and fit in very well (2 Persons that don't have to be named here.)
I'd be willing to consider promoting them a bit...
