I would say that all the HCers that have the Leader-title share the main responsibility of the GM job (with responsibility of the Vanguards too).

isnt this how we intended the new ranking system to be? IMO thats how the guild was run most of its wow times anyways I think :-)

sure thing, ras was and is the GM if people ask, and he should remain that IMO for public as otherwise members might think that the guild is falling apart.

but we are discussing all the important matters here, and we should go on like this. (okay that kick-samon-and-all-his-friends-in-the-middle-of-the-night was a kind of solo by you, ras ;-)

as I experienced in guild chat, the leaders are asked as if they were all GMs anyways. I never heard a sentence like "I need to speak to Ras as he is the GM". It was more like "Dario can you invite XXX" or "Kylara, what do I have to do to ...". the members just ask the persons that currently are online and HC, which is well and good I'd say.

my recommendation is to keep it the way we had it so far.
And additionally my gf would kill me if I told her that I am MRCs GM now and need to spend even more time in front of the computer ;-) she already blames me for being one of the rare healers among our ranks that is essential for the group and can't quit the very moment she wants me to...

shared weight is less weight on each HCer's shoulders.
