I still say that we could use the manpower and that it would be nice to get some more high levels into the guild.

I heard the other lvl 60 the guild talk about it last night and they seemed very positive to the whole ting, since they had played with some of them and liked the way they played.
They keeped asking Dario if they where joining or not.

But they all agreed that they had to follow the MRC mentality that many of our high levels do have now(friendship, there for eachother etc.)

Thats to say, if they join with us they need to know they are joining us as all new members.(as trails)
They aslo need to sign up on our site "AND" apply so we get them on TS asap. (Not as a subculture)

One more note:
We do have alot of 50+ but it still will take a while for them to get to a lvl where they can join us in instances.
PvP is easier they dont need to be more than lvl 51+.

But this last week i have seen that at prime time we can field around 5-6 lvl 58-60 (around 20:00+)and that is counting me that is not on after 22:00.

A few lvl 60 have now started to level alts to try something new. But everyone do log on there main as soon anyone needs them. Sometimes they might just want a break and continue playing with their alts for a while, then it could be good to have a few more high levels to get those guild MRC groups. :-D

Some instances do need 10 or 15 highlevels it would be great and fun if they where MRC to the max.
