Well, yes, there is certainly an information network. As near as I can figure, the wolves are fighting some sort of war, and Central Park is kind of a recovery clinic for injured warriors. If nothing else, the continual flow of wolves in to and out of the park should carry news, but I suspect they are better organized than that. They would have to be, if they are truly at war.
As for dealing with them, they seem to be fairly despotic. If you can identify the leader and make friends, no one else will challenge you. I wouldn't recommend trying to make deals or trade favors - they don't seem particularly interested in dealing with us. Rather, earn their respect on your own merit, if possible. Finally, try to be as human as you can. Make sure you're full of blood so that you obtain that healthy glow, but don't have fed so recently that you smell of blood. Try wearing someone else's sweaty garments. Most of all, be respectful.
Also, you asked me if there was anything you could do for me as a thank you for watching your sister. I thought of something. Could you look in on Mark for me? Let me know what he's doing, if he seems happy, etc.
Finally, I have some bad news. Elena has been kidnapped. I reviewed the security tapes, and it seems to be in much the same manner that we were messed with earlier. One of Elena's fingers was delivered to Julia along with a note telling her to not be a strong sherrif. Someone has decided without Julia, Jan is screwed, and Julia's children are the perfect lever to push her with.
Now the obvious suspect is Blackwell. Pitt went to talk to with him, and he felt very strongly that he was lying or hiding something. Personally, I suspect Jack Grady. Can you get any inside info? I would greatly appreciate it. I know that you and Elena were somewhat close - we desperately need your help if your going to save her.
Hope things are faring better out west.
