Ethan, my man, I have some terrible news. Your sister has been ghouled by Oliver Blackwell. I have no idea if she's been blood bound, and I have no idea how she came to drink the blood (i.e., wether she's aware of vampires and her status or if she was tricked into it).

I told her that she was her intestines were showing signs of aggravation, and that she shouldn't drink dairy, alcohol, coffee, or vegetable juice for a while, but it's a pretty flimsy defense, and it won't work unless the blood is being snuck into her. Even then, I suspect it'll only be a week or at most two before Blackwell finds some other way to get blood into her.

I have no idea what to do. You're the expert in this stuff. What action do you want to take?

I got in touch with you as soon as I found out. Please believe that I did everything I could to look out for her - there's only so much a general practitioner can nose into a patient's business. I've been wrestling with this all day, and I can't think of a way I could have protected her better without abducting her.

Please get in contact with ASAP.
