That sound pretty good, basically, but we shouldn't bring Ibrahim in on this unless we're sure he's....oh a same mind as us. If, when, we catch the guy in white we are gonna have to interegate him so we can get a clue as to what the hell is going on. Nowhere in our plans do we need to hand him over to Oliver. First, we think they may already be aquainted. Two, if we find anything out from this guy we can't just hand that information over to Blackwell. Ibrahim is a good guy, and he certainly has a common interest in this, but we can't expect he'll be willing to keep this stuff from the Prince. We'd have to make sure his politics are compatible with our politics before we brought him in on this. Getting your guys would certainly help Kidd, but, we do know what this guy does to humans. Are you sure you wanna get the homelss involved?...they may not make it. We need to get him to attack us soon. As bad as it sounds, we need to lure him out before you guys (Hannah and Kidd) heal up. We need to make this attack attractive, since we know that this dude plans out his attacks. If we can get some allies to circle where we meet up he wont be able to get out of the perimeter. Also, since I'll know where we are going to meet up I'll ask Mettle to watch overhead and follow the man in white if he manages to get out of our clutches. I don't think the Bowery is a good idea. He's never attacked us on Manhaten and there is something funny going on with the birds on the island. They may be working for him, I dunno, but I don't want to risk it. I we'd be better off in either Queens or Brooklyn and I think he's more likely to strike. I think our best bet is going to close in on him as a group, that's got to be our priority. Does Jacob have any kin that may want to help us with this? I'm not saying we should ask, just curious if there is anybody. The fewer favors we'll owe and the less glory to share the better.
