Special lubricants for Ludlow and Elrod machines may still be available from the U.S. and Canada - in our experience in New Zealand these special lubricants came with machines donated to us as hot metal use was ended.
However, talk to local oil companies as it is likely that alternative lubricants resistent to heat are still available.
