I have a Inland Printer I think about 1947 with a picture of
a battery of linos at the Fortune Magazine. Also a picture of a battery in a 1926 British Printer. I worked as a comp at the Sydney dailys they had huge batterys of machines.
When i worked at News Ltd. about 1974 they had the Monarchs,
this was the first I had seen of computers and tape machines. I do voluntary work at Gulgong Pioneers Museum in
NSW Australia. We have a Model 48 English Linotype and a
Ludlow, I will be asking some help in the near future to
help get our Lino working better. Arthur Johnson.
