If it appears physically alright, then it may be shot. You can replace those transistors with a newer version that's suppose to be better. They are cheap here in the US at about 25 cents apiece. The later series of driver boards use Motorola TIP 47 transistors for a greater margin of safety. Good luck, Tom Lear San Francisco, Ca.
