You should be able to find a standard appliance transformer - something that could handle a small heater or a coffee maker - that would be more than sufficient. I put my Pianocorder on an ammeter and found that at normal to loudest volume it registered from 2.5 to 3.5 amperes. At 120 volts that translates to less than 500 watts. Tom Lear San Francisco, Ca.
