Howdy Steve,

I had the exact same problem once. Turned out to be a simple fix. It may not be this simple, but you can try this first.

All I did on my board was bend the 3 legged square transistor that stands up from the board for that particular solenoid. I just bent it more upright just a tiny bit. Then it worked! Apparently there was a loose connection somewhere and that took care of it.

The upright transistors are about the only components on the boards that are susceptible to physical damage, so maybe one of yours got tweaked in shipping. You could also note which transistor/circuit is not working, remove the board and use a magnifying glass or loop to examine the solder connections of that transistor and the connections of the legs on the transistor too. Make sure the solder connections are good and none of the legs are broken off. If that particular transistor is damaged, there are available for under a dollar.

If you know how to properly solder electronic components, then you could try correcting any obvious faults, otherwise, you should send the board to a Pianocorder tech, like Carl Meyer for repair. Contact Carl at CMPiano@comcast.net

Remember - Unless you understand the system, touch no exposed components when the power is on. Unplug and wait 1 minute for the capacitors to bleed off before touching any components, or risk serious injury or death.
