The Special hunt in memory of Lockie last night had taken it's toll. I sorta bit off more than I could chew,*wishes she had EM powers & didnt have conn probs* but the hunters were good & understood.I am sure that Lockie set off from the tavern with us on our adventure. I am sure I heard him saying "LMAO" (as he oft did) as the hunters, as part of their quest, were "fed to the lions" (in this case to the Ophidians).A few of us finished the night setting off fireworks at WBB (one of Lockies favorite haunts) So all in all despite the technical hitches the night had gone well but I logged last night from UO, feeling exhausted & kinda numb.I then stopped by & looked at the guild page (as I always do b4 I log) You brought me to tears Astron.... You have such a way with words.Your thoughts were so deep, so personal.But I too could relate so well to what you wrote & my heart ached for you as I felt the pain behind your words. *hugs Astron* Thank you for sharing that with us. Such a touching tribute to your special friend. There is no doubt that Lockie(aka Matt) affected many of us in very deep & lasting ways.I know for one, I wont ever forget him, not just because he died, but cos he was such a good & loyal friend & I enjoyed talking with him. I will always miss that. There have been many folks throughout Britannia who have paused to think of Lockie this past few days. These folks reside in all parts of the world & are from many & varied walks of life.
