The following was posted by Sannio (Online Content Coordinator), on the Stratics UO U.Hall Board, giving an update on AoS Gift Bugs:
Would it be possible to give us a status report on progress made on the AoS Gift bugs? Specifically, I'm referring to bugs with the +5 skill increase and +5 stat cap gifts. Two weeks ago, a fix was mentioned as being expected for last Monday or Tuesday, or thereabouts, and it's nearing a week past that with no news. Thanks.
Sorry if we were remiss in passing along the news. We implemented the fix to one shard earlier than the others, but a little stumbling block pushed off the other shard-updates by a day or two. However, all shards received the fix, and last I heard on Friday things were looking good across the board. I'll double-check on Monday, and if it's still all working correctly I'll try to make a mention of that here.

Thanks to Sannio for following up on that one. I should have thought to mention it as well. Yes, the fix went world-wide late last week. It would have gone earlier but we had some minor issue with the publish process.
If it didn't go up on FYI, we'll make sure it gets posted.
