Hello there Rose,
When I posted to you to send us the store details, I was not thinking about the fact that you were in Australia (even though your board posting name says Oceania). Sorry about that! The promotion is not being run in Australia, due to the same reason that it was not previously being run in Europe - our Australian marketing team decides what promotions will be run there, and makes those arrangements. It's not in our hands.
In order for your local EBs and the Australia EA Store to run the Hooded Shroud promo, that would have to be arranged by the Australia team, and I do not believe at this time that they will be participating. However, there is one other option -- Gamestop ships to Australia, and is participating in the Shroud promo. They ship in 3 - 5 business days. The shipping rate is high, but I'm afraid that's all I can offer you from here, since we don't hold jurisdiction over Australian retailers.
As a note - we will be awarding the Shrouds on the Oceania shard for people with the confirmation code, so if you do get a code form pre-ordering, whether it's through the US or Europe, you should be able to get the shroud on the Oceania shard.
