Adrick commented on the ability to break paralyze after AoS on a thread on the MyUO-Boards:
In age of shadows both the paralyze spell, and the paralyze special move will be breakable by damage.

That differs from today's two handed fencer effects which are unbreakable, and the stun punch which is unbreakable.

Trapped pchest/pouch damage has also been tweaked so that breaking out of paralyze spell/paralyze special move effect is a tradeoff not just automatic without consequence. (approx 15 damage per pop)
