This news from abroad in Moonglow:
Multani was wondering the grounds of the Hedge Maze, he sometimes just wandered in the maze deep in thought, wondering where his feet would take him, perhaps to another place, perhaps to another time. The sound of a messenger coming his way broke him from his thoughts...
"Sir, Sir!" cried the messenger "News from Moonglow..."
he proceeded to give Multani the scroll. Multani opened and read the scroll:
"Lord Multani,
I have been conducting security sweeps of the city of Moonglow and found many tresspassers, and some have paid our fees and left, others like Sir Cetra Three refused to pay and to leave. It Seems the Order of the Rising Blade does not wish to follow our Rules.

"Messenger, travel to Trinsic and instruct my diplomat there to return to me at once. Perhaps my rules need clarifying" Spoke Multani
The messenger ran off...
Multani walked back to his study and wrote a new set of rules for Moonglow,
"Rules of Moonglow as stated by it's ruler Multani of the Brotherhood.
1.Anyone in the guilds of the Civil War((ORPA)) Will be charged a 3000gp fee for entering Moonglow, this includes any part of the island. If a fee is not paid then you will be taken to the center of town and executed.
2.Paying the fee will give you 5 minutes to leave the island.
3.If you run when caught, your entire guild will be held responsible and punished for your actions.
4.Special permission may be given to use the island, provided you ask and there is an available Member of the Brotherhood to Escort you, to make sure you do not go anywhere that you are not allowed.
For those that know me, you know i am a man of my word, so do not dare to test me, and for those that don't know me, i suggest you ask around.

And with that he gave it to a messenger to print and post on message boards around the lands.

OOC VERSION
A 3K fee if caught in moonglow for ORPA members, if fee is not paid then you are to be executed in the town center.
If you run when caught or refuse to pay or die, i will hold the guild responsible.
These rules are mine to make as owner of moonglow, and if you don't like them then you are allowed to challenge BMG's ownership of the island, otherwise you must follow these rules. There are other places to go if you don't want to run the risk.

Please guys if 'bailed up' in Moonglow by BMG members rolpelay it out to the end. As we are not warred with them they can not kill us, but offer to have compensation sent if you dont have the gold/want to pay the gold I will arrange a shipment of all gold owed to BMG. If you ARE accosted, make sure you post it here so I can keep a tab on how much we owe them :)
