Lady Synergy,

You are a cornerstone of our guild. The Darkstone community values and respects you highly. You are seen as the ideal to which the other denizens aspire.

I fear that Darkstone will become a ghost town all to soon if you leave us now.

My Lady, I urge you to reconsider your decision and look to a compromise. You have been an inspiring leader within the guild but if the burden of responsibility weighs heavily on you, allow your friends to help you bear it. If you mourn the loss of those that have departed for other lands, allow your friends who remain to console and support you.

Just as the tide is turning against the tyrant of Fianna, do not hand him a victory against Darkstone. Your departure may hand him Darkstone itself.

I pray that you are not resolved in your course.
