Hay Ka
Hope you don't mind me dropping in here.
Concerning the need to be perma war or not.

This will really be up to the individual guilds. Some guilds have been on perma war for a long time now and I expect will continue for a long time. This though doesn't mean other guilds can't be envolved if they don't perma war.

All that would have to happen in say a war if a non perma war guild wanted to be involved in is to go onto a war standing with the opposing forces for the duration of the engagememnt. Once it's over return to normal.

To have it any other way would just be rude to those guilds not interested in perma war. And that, I'm hopeing< is not what it'll be about at all.

Oh and lockie I sent you a icq request ages ago. Any chance of getting authorisation from you?
