As of yesterday, 18 Feb, the Defenders of Darkstone joined in alliance with three other guilds. This new alliance is called the Sworn Defenders of the People (SDP).
The three other guilds (with more to come soon) are The Nights Watch (NW), Virtuous Knights of the Realm (VKR), The Praetorian Guard (P^G.
Our current alliance with The Faithful stands as it did, unaffected by this new alliance. I am hoping T*F will soon join us as well.
The terms of the Alliance are not unsimilar to that we have with T*F. We shall stand united against all who would march upon our guilds lands. We shall stand united for the people of Britania by opposing any who would claim any of the soveriegn towns as their own. All evil shall be routed.
This new alliance is for the people, we will be thier voice, thier armor and their weapons !!!

We have been urged to consider these guilds of the alliance as our brothers and sisters. Be it in trade, hunting or training. I have ordered Sorrin to organise some runes to their guild head quarters or Taverns to be placed in our Tavern. I shall try to organise soon, a training session and some hunts.

With this alliance we move into a new era. No longer will the smaller guilds of this alliance have need to worry. No longer will the poeple of Britania need fear the evil and stronger guilds wanting to take over thier towns or cities.

As of this day, all those with thier eyes turned to the conquering of the towns and cities of Britania are put on notice... the Sworn Defenders of the People are watching !
