I know what you are talking about, and I have played in games that do that (and I do think its a good idea) You would have to require that the person put the code in thier post when they join, to show that they have read the rules. But then again the person could just copy the code off of somebody elses post that just joined, and still not read the rules. I haven't seen a whole lot of violations really, except if you count the power thing, but that wasn't really clear in the rules anyway.
