There have been lasers created, one in particular a continuous wave laser which created a continuous beam of light, isn't that a concentrated beam of light? I don't know. Besides I didn't say that the saber was going to be a concentrated beam of light. It's not going to be an authentic light saber, but it will probably be something that "appears" to be a concentrated beam of light. Maybe an eye trick of some sort. Like I said I don't know his exact his plans, but I'll tell you when I find out.
