Subject: Thunderbumpers!

Being on the 33rd floor during multiple thunderstorms is both really cool in terms of the view....

...and really unsettling in that lightning is coming down so close that the thunderclap is practically simultaneous with the flash. As if electricity is coming down along with the rain, right past my window.

Damn that's loud. *shivers* Can I go hide in the stairwell now?
