let me try to explain in layman's terms(since that's all I know, lol)...

When you get one of these emails....it is usually NOT from who it says in the email. When you get the full "headers"....or the "properties" you will see something that says, "return path" and that is who the email is actually from. With this virus it is usually different than the person that sent it......very weird! It's verrrrry frustrating, but keep in mind that the person that sent it has not done anything malicously....most of the time they don't know anything about it until they're deluged with stuff like what Terry went thru!! i got one of those Postmaster could not deliver things - and i thought Webtv has immune.......weird
