I have not reserved my spot yet either -- need to pay down the credit card a bit [bad dog....!] I need to go to credit card AA. 'I admit I am powerless over plastic...'

Usually, AARP knows you exist and you get a membership application the day of your birthday. There's a website [search AARP] you can go to and request an application. Dues are cheap and the discounts are great. Get yourself a card before the Hepfest and go for the motel discount. There are also discounts on rental cars if your regular steed is too old and decrepit to be trusted for the trip.

I am hoping to do a stopover at my friend Katherine's in the Hudson Valley of NY. She's a professional astrologer. She's also a Reiki master [or mistress...]. I bartered a divorce for private lessons from her in '89-91. Shall I bring the Tarot cards to Hepfest or do you not want to know?

My brother shakes his head and says I have no normal friends -- but I love my collection of crazy misfit friends. Who wants to be friends with a buncha stuffy lawyers? There are fates worse than death and that is one of them.

Will you go to Wellboro if I bribe you with a trip to the Reiki master?
