I figure the school counsler would be able to help her with the school issues cant hurt to have some one there to help get her thru the tuff times at school beside it takes a month to get into the private dr office I ve just call them to ask for an emergant visit before I loose my mind
but my problem is this woman figures that she has a right to accuse me of items that are untrue I cant tell you how angry that makes me but even more so she did this in front of Tori I am in tears with anger I am shaking I saw the hurt and fear in Tori's eyes before I left my next step is to tell this woman that she is not to speak to Tori unless I am present I have lost trust in this school there have been many problems minor mostly but today push me over the edge I try to over look again and agin now I just want to get mad I know that I am letting the rage in me get the better of me and I will calm down but I am hurting inside right now so much so I am over loading I am hopeing venting here I will lose the anger faster plus I need all the advice I can get on this issue I dont want to let my emotions get the better of me and do some thing dumb

You need to have Tori thinking that you have control over everything including your emotions. Tori will believe that it is her fault that you are upset because the issue is around her school.

Theresa, if I were you, I'd ask for a meeting with the Principal, the teacher, the lunchroom aide, and perhaps someone from the Child Study Team. I would take Bill to the meeting and a notebook. I would express my concerns over what is happening and try to enlist their help. I know the principal sounds like a jerk. But let's face it, these people have tenure and you need them on your side. Do NOT tell her she cannot speak to your daughter without you present. Teachers and administrator's stick together like doctors. Try to make them feel that you(her family) wants to work with the "team" at school to help Tori throught this rough period.

Then, if that does not work, go to the Superintendant of Schools and make a BIG fuss, but stay calm at all times when speaking to them so they can't call you an hysterical parent and blame everything on you.
