I have been on topomax for about 4months.Compared to all the others I've tried this is the best.I have no side effects with this.Except the side effect of weight loss.I take it at bed time.If you have any other questions I would be glad to answer them...i hope you have as much luck with this as I have had....

i have to take it 25 mg pill frist day and up a pill every day till taking 6 a day!!!!

I started at 25mgs and have stayed there.I tried 50 mgs but 25 was good enough for me.May I ask what diagnosis is?I tried depakote and didn't like that at all.But am very happy with the topamax!!Good Luck...

Oh!That explains the higher dosage.Hope you have as good of luck as I have had with this.I am serious about the weight loss side effect.It just kind of takes aways your appetite.Don't be afraid to ask if you have anymore questions...
