Thanks, Clarence. Actually, I'm slugging thru a (British/Canadian) book, Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking". I'll let y'all know if it is, and if I do!! --sus
p.s. there are tapes that come with it. I had to have my Used Book store order it, 'cause it's "furren" from overseas or over borders!! Unfortunately, the car I have now only plays CDs -- I miss my recovery tapes!!
