Removing mouth, gaze watches the blood ooze from the self-inflicted wound, no pain registering on pate. Stained canines move to repeate the action, but she thinks better of it and settles upon the grass, wrapped in self-pity and silence. He would grow to hate her as much as she hated herself. And then what? She would be alone. Not even death would provide releif for so tormented a soul.=
