=gone were the carefree days, gone was the sparkle from her eyes. Her mother had not abandoned her, but her brother had. He had left her, acting as though he did not care...to her he was dead now, gone within the sands of time. It was easier that way, to deal with the pain. Not that her small heart had not broken...it had. The pieces were as small as grains of sand, and never would they be fixed. Eyes catch sight of her twin, and look of concern flashes across her now depressed features. She whickers quietly, announcing her presence to all who cared. She was back, but changed. Tear stains still show on her face, but no more would flow. She refused to cry anymore. All she had trusted was gone, all she had believed torn apart. All she had left was her twin...=
