*after leaving Dessie and Silver Choice behind, she had seen the trio of sisters. Brows furrow as grief shows clearly on each visage. Sudden understanding shines in her eyes. Rainbow had passed on. It could be nothing else. Sympathy shows on her features, but she does not approach. They would need only each other and time to heal. Quick glance assures her that the twins are still safe, and she heads farther up the plateau, away from the others. Slopes stop her naught, she keeps going, until destined height is reached. She could see all the lands of the light, as well as those of the dark. Gaze moves to the setting sun, so vast on the western horizon. Silence reigns, and only the breeze disturbs her solitude. A semblance of peace settles over her troubled heart. Up here it didn't matter what mistakes she'd made. It didn't matter that she was bound to make more in the future. Up here all that mattered was what she felt, what she thought. It was her quiet place, away from the troubles of the world.*
