She listens silently, eyes misting at the thought of Starba's change. 'Pon hearing of reason for Kiss' wounds, she glances toward the resting mare, understanding now all that happened. When stallion has finished, she stretches out golden muzzle, nudging him tenderly.

"We all wish that it were only a nightmare...only a bad dream that we could wake up from. Perhaps I..."

Dropping off her sentence, she shakes her head, for the thought in her mind need not be mentioned just now.

"Do you think he shall return? Or that the herd will ever be returned to normal?"
