You call yourself the Spider
And trust me you honestly resemble one
You creep around in the shadows
You spin a silken web
You lure your prey with mysterious looks
You trap them with sweet words
You attack quickly after you have them in your web
Your web of lies
And like always they blame themselves
They think it's their fault
They should have paid more attention
They should have been more aware
And you....you continue to spin your lies around them
You keep them stuck to you with your web of silken words
But now your web is falling apart
You've picked the wrong prey
Because this prey has an edge to her
One that cuts right through your lies
One that destroys your webs
One that frees all those you hold in your grasp
And in vain, you try to spin your webs back
But no matter how fast you spn your webs they don't remain
Your charade is done
You've been seen for the spider you are
