I have read many threads on this subject in other forums and, in summary:

...many variations in usb cards working with 800CT
...unforunately, the belkin had the worst forum feedback
...but, many $9 usb 2 port pcmcia cards (new) on ebay to try
...I have a usb 2.0 two port on the way from ebay
...from looking at the specs, the 800CT is a TI PCI 1130 32Bit CardBus capability and should support either usb 2.0 or lower
