Subject: Omnibook 800 and USB

Has anyone had much luck running a PCMCIA USB 1.0 card off of the OB 800?

I have a lovely Belkin 32 bit PCMCIA USB 1 card that seems to install OK but it's not recognizing my optical mouse when I plug it in even though I've used the proper Logitech drivers. I've tried tons of different stuff.

After looking at the Belkin website it says that their card probably won't work with a 16 bit PCMCIA system which I think may be the situation with the OB 800. Belkin also says that some systems MAY be able to be upgraded to 32 bit. Anbody have any experience or thoughts about this?

Thanks much,

G Alexander
