Author: William Turpin [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 05:21:33 04/10/03 Thu Hi, My HP 800CT is now getting power via the power brick only intermittently; if I mash the cord in really hard, or (sometimes) move the brick up or down, it will get power, but sometimes it's impossible to get power at all. Do power bricks simply fade, as it were, internally? Or does the computer itself? Above all, is this something a new powerbrick would fix? Many thanks for any thoughts.
