I entered Legends stall and after giving him a groom I clipped on a lead rope and slowly walked him outside. I let him out and spent the next 10 mins lunging him at all of the paces. He seemed quite relaxed so I decided to start to break him to saddle. I already had a light saddle blanket on hand so I allowed Legend to sniff it for a while and then I gently put it on his back. Legend shivered a little but then adjusted to it, and stood still. I praised him and gave him a carrot. I then moved it around a little and then let it sit still again. After a few more mins, I removed the blanket and patted Kegend. I then cooled him down a little more on the kunge line and turned him out for the afternoon.
