I decided to spend the afternoon trail riding with crystal, just a nice slow relaxing ride, that would get her back in shape, after having her foal. After grooming her , I saddled her and mounted. I walked her to the trail and started on the half an hour long trail. It was pretty uneventful but it was obvious that Crystal was enjoying the opportunity to move around, get some exercise and be out of the stall and paddock. When we reached the end of the trail, I dismounted and turned Crystal out along with her new colt, Crystal dream.
