Katie's kids asked why we were up so late riding horses. I told them that we rode do late to get the horses used to night shows and races and everything else. First we got out Raven. We put her in crossties and groomed her and tacked her up. Then i looked at the schedule that said who was riding who."Ok everyone i will work Raven before we go any further because i want you to see what horses are like the first time in the ring at dark." I walked Raven all tacked up towards the ring. I mounted up on the big filly. Then all of a sudden she reared and then started to buck. I settled her down and moved her into a trot. She picked up a great extended trot and moved freely. I put her into a canter and cantered her around.
