Alright, first of all, had you broken Heart to tack yet? Second, if you had, you still don't just hop on! You have someone hold her and you ease your weight slowly and gently into the saddle. When you are sitting there, your helper leads you around at the walk. Next few times, she can be lunged at walk & trot with a rider. Then you can try walking by yourself. After she is good at that, you may trot her. After she is used to that, she can be lunged at walk, trot, and canter with a rider. You see? This is a very slow process.
