I walk down to the paddock and lead Atlanta to the tack room. After She is all ready We head out on the trail. We walk the first few minutes then as we near the stream I ask her to canter. She pulls easily into the faster movement. We ride following the stream at this pace as far as We could. I bring her into a walk as we near the end of the trees. Past the trees is a shoreline to a vast lake. Atlanta gets excited as we get closer to the water. Once we were in the path of the incoming waves I let her go as fast as she wanted. We playfully galloped long the shore until the sun started moving towards the horizon. I slowed her into a walk as we completed the circle of the trail. As we get back I untack her quickly and cool her down. I hose her off and give her an apple for doing what I wanted. I lead her ack to the feild and Wispered good-night. She did very well tonight, I thought as I headed back home. Time to turn in for the night.
