I got the lunge line and connected it to Pride's bridle. The little filly was exited a whinnied loudly. When we got to the outdoor ring i set her around at a walk for a few minutes and then urged her into a trot she responded willingly and trotted, lengthening her own stride. This little filly was amazing. I reversed direction at a trot and then after a couple laps that way I put her into a slow canter. After a couple laps of that I halted her, and switched the lunge line for her leadrope. I walked her around the yard to cool her out. Then I lead her back to her stall and gave her a good grooming. I gave her a carrot and slipped out the stall door.
